The 'Fiona' vase is handcrafted from start to finish. The journey of this vase begins with throwing a perfectly balanced 'trimless' pot. While throwing the pot, small nuances have been introduced on purpose to add a uniqueness to every pot, just like the human body.
The body of the pot is then sculpted from the clavicle to the Venus point... After which the pots are then coated with slip/underglaze. The lacework of the bralette is then carved out of the applied slip/underglaze.
This vase has been developed in layers, and we hope you enjoy each one of them, as much as I enjoyed working on them.
