This sculptural bottle is wheel-thrown in black stoneware clay and finished with a hand-sculpted 23-carat gold knob that crowns the form. While fully functional—with a transparent glaze on the inside suitable for storing liquids—it is conceived primarily as a collectible, designed to sit comfortably at the intersection of function and statement décor.

The surface work draws inspiration from Uzbeki abraband ikat, known for its bold, oversized motifs and striking juxtapositions of colour. The rhythmic geometry and high-contrast palette echo the dramatic visual language of abraband textiles, translated here into ceramic form.

Equally at home on a dining table, bar shelf, or console, this piece can be used or displayed—each role lending it a distinct presence.
